1. Definitions

Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) account with t9naga. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To create an account on t9naga, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification
• Valid email address that you have access to
• Working phone number for account verification
• Date of birth to verify age eligibility (21+ years)
• Residential address within Indonesia
• Preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah/IDR)

3.2 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

t9naga is required by international gaming regulations to verify the identity of all players. You must complete KYC verification by providing:

• Clear photo or scan of your Indonesian KTP (national ID card) or passport
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months
• Selfie photograph holding your ID document for facial verification

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of registration may result in account limitations including withdrawal restrictions. First-time withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed.

3.3 Account Security

Deposits are typically processed instantly for major banks (within 5 minutes) and up to 30 minutes for other payment methods. If your deposit does not appear within 2 hours, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. Withdrawal processing times:

• Verified Accounts: 15 minutes to 3 hours (automated processing during business hours)
• First-Time Withdrawals: Up to 24 hours (manual security review required)

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7.2 Collusion and Cheating

8. Limitation of Liability

In any event, our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of t9naga shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless t9naga from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms & Conditions
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of any third-party rights
• Your use of the t9naga platform in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose

9. Account Termination and Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure:

• All pending bets will be settled according to their outcomes
• Your remaining balance (excluding active bonuses) will be available for withdrawal
• You must complete KYC verification if not already done before final withdrawal
• Your personal data will be retained for the period required by law (typically 5 years)

9.2 Suspension by t9naga

t9naga reserves the right to suspend your account temporarily pending investigation if:

• We suspect fraudulent or illegal activity on your account
• Your account triggers automated security alerts
• You fail to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe
• We receive a complaint about your behavior from another player or third party

During suspension, you will not be able to place bets or request withdrawals. We will notify you via email of the reason for suspension and the steps required to resolve the issue.

9.3 Permanent Account Termination

t9naga may permanently terminate your account without prior notice if you:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions in a material way
• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities
• Create multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Use abusive language or threaten t9naga staff or other players

Upon permanent termination, any remaining balances may be forfeited, and you will be permanently banned from creating new accounts on t9naga.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which t9naga is licensed. To the extent permitted by law, any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the jurisdiction where t9naga operates its licensing authority.

10.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.

10.4 Amendments

t9naga reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to players via email and on-site notification.
